AVAILABILITY:

• All items are subject to availability.

• Items pictured may vary in color and Brand Name. 

• LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS Made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to availability of items and delivery schedules.

CANCELLATION:

• You may cancel your order 72 hours prior to delivery.

• Equipment reservation canceled less than 72 hours, I charge a fee of 50% of the total equipment charge. 

• If not present on the date of delivery, the customer will still be charged the price for the agreed time of rental.

DELIVERY:

• All deliveries are made between 10 am and 4pm unless otherwise specified. Please provide us with information of where you are staying and property management contact info.

• Island-wide delivery means that we will deliver to any place on the Island of St. Thomas.

• If transportation of equipment to multiple locations is required a fee of $25.00 will be added.

• For same day orders, we have the right to charge an additional fee.

• We reserve the right to be able to cancel orders within 72 hours from the allotted delivery time

RETURNING  EQUIPMENT:

• All pick-ups should be ready by 1O:OOam on day of departure, unless, previous arrangements have been made.

• If you decide to extend your rental, you must notify Calabash Baby LLC 24 hours prior to return date. Failure to do so will result in an additional service charge of $30.00 plus all additional rent for the extended period.

• Renter agrees to return all Equipment to the original delivery location unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Equipment that is unable to be retrieved in a timely fashion will result in a charge of additional rental day(s) and a return trip fee of $30.00.

• The customer will not be charged for normal wear and tear that occurs with recommended use and care.

• The customer is responsible for informing us as soon as possible of damage to the equipment so we can fix the problem.

• $35 will be charged to your card if excessive cleaning is needed due to crayons, markers, chewing gum, vomit, urine, feces, stickers, food, sunscreen or other difficult to remove substances that need to be cleaned from the equipment.
